Privacy statement

This is a translation for convenience. The Dutch version is the binding one if the two ever differ.

Reglow takes your privacy seriously. We process personal data carefully, only where it is needed, and in line with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). This statement explains what we process and why.

Who we are

Reglow, based in Utrecht, the Netherlands, is responsible for the processing of personal data described here. You can reach us at info@reglow.studio. Chamber of Commerce (KvK): not yet published.

What we process

  • Contact details you enter yourself through the contact form, such as your name, email address and the content of your message.
  • Details needed to quote, install or maintain your system, such as your address and information about your home and devices.
  • Technical data from your smart-home system, which runs locally in your own home and is not sent to us by default.

Why we process it

To get in touch with you, put together a fitting proposal, carry out the installation and maintenance, and to meet legal obligations such as bookkeeping and retention rules.

Local and private

Your Reglow system runs locally in your own home on Home Assistant. We avoid unnecessary cloud services, we do not sell data, and we do not share anything with third parties for commercial purposes.

Retention

We keep personal data no longer than needed for the purposes above, or for as long as a legal retention obligation requires.

Your rights

You have the right to access, correct or delete your data, and to object to processing. Email info@reglow.studio. You can also file a complaint with the Dutch Data Protection Authority (Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens).

Changes

We may update this statement from time to time. The current version is always on this page.
